What the product is solving

SourceFlow is designed to make China product sourcing easier for customers who do not want to manage language barriers, marketplace accounts, supplier communication, wallet top-ups, freight decisions, and status updates across separate tools.

The app brings discovery, wallet funding, checkout, shipping, notifications, and support into one flow. Behind it, the admin layer gives the team a way to manage users, orders, featured products, notifications, wallet activity, and operational settings while the beta is being refined.

Admin operations

The admin side supports the operational layer behind the app: users, orders, featured products, notifications, wallet transactions, settings, and day-to-day review of sourcing activity.

Customer experience

  • Search 1688 and Taobao from one mobile app.
  • Read translated product titles, specifications, and options in English.
  • Select variants, quantities, and delivery details before checkout.
  • Top up a wallet and pay product costs from the app.
  • Track orders as sourcing, warehouse, freight, and delivery statuses change.
  • Get support through in-app chat, WhatsApp handoff, email, and notifications.

Beta scope

  • iOS testing runs through Apple TestFlight.
  • The beta guide explains setup, testing rules, and feedback channels.
  • Sandbox wallet top-ups are used for staging tests.
  • Test orders are for tracking and validation, not real procurement.
  • The Android beta is planned after the staging build is finalized.
